The items you purchase are made exclusively, they are not waiting in a warehouse for someone to buy them, for this reason we believe that your order will arrive in perfect condition, however, unforeseen events can always occur!

At tiendacamisetafrikis.com (hereinafter “TCF”), we care about your maximum satisfaction, we want you to be confident shopping with us and to know our return conditions well, for this reason we have prepared the following document thinking especially of you, to give you peace of mind.

What happens if the product gets damaged during shipping?

We ask you to take a photo of the package before accepting the shipment to prove how it arrived, once you open the package, if the product has problems, we will need you to take photos so we can verify the damaged merchandise, we will be happy to send you a new product at no cost.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do now?

In case of a package lost during shipping, all claims must always be sent before 15 days pass from the estimated delivery date. But don’t worry, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

It is possible that we ask for your help first, such as confirming with us that you entered the correct address and contacting the carrier to try to locate the lost order.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information indicates that an order was delivered because the address was wrong or because the carrier left it with a neighbor, we will not be responsible and will not send the order again. We cannot yet help you with claims to carriers, we hope to be able to do so soon.

If the order was not claimed or returned by the customer, the cost of returning the goods will be applied.

What happens if the recipient’s address was wrong?

If the recipient’s address is wrong, you will be responsible. Normally, the package is returned to the return address. In this case, we will contact you so that you can provide us with an updated address. An additional cost will be applied for the return of the order.

How can I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with your order by sending an email to pedidos@tiendacamisetasfrikis.com, in which you must send the following information:

  • Attach the invoice of your order.
  • Indicate the item that has problems.
  • Describe in detail the problem with the item.
  • Attach relevant photos as much as possible.

How long do I have to make a return/exchange claim in case of defect?

Any claim related to an item that is badly printed, damaged or defective must be sent within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product. In case of a package lost during shipping, all claims must be sent before 15 days pass from the estimated delivery date.

Can I return the product if I have no reason or if I don’t want to keep it?

Of course! You have 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the product, to exercise your right of withdrawal if you are a Spanish citizen, consult our General Terms and Conditions.
